Depression is personal to everyone. It is more than simply feeling unhappy or fed up for an amount of time, it is a state of low mood and sometimes an aversion to activity. It can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, motivation, feelings and sense of well-being.

It can manifest as sadness, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping. People experiencing depression may have feelings of dejection, hopelessness and sometimes, suicidal thoughts.

Depression can be short term or long term, it can come and go. It is not a sign of weakness or something you can "snap out of" by "pulling yourself together". It is a real health issue and has very real symptoms.
Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world, with over 250 million people relying on it worldwide to bring them relief.

Homeopathy is a holistic medicine which uses specially prepared, highly diluted substances (given mainly in tablet form) which trigger the body’s own healing mechanisms.

A Homeopath will prescribe medicines according to the patient’s specific set of symptoms and how they experience them, taking into account their overall level of health.
Take the remedy on its own without water or liquid. Place a single tablet in your mouth and let it dissolve under your tongue or anywhere in your mouth. (Tempting as it may be - try not to crunch it!) Avoid coffee, mint or any strong flavours for 15 minutes after taking the remedy.
Please take as directed on the label. If you have used our bespoke service, follow the specific instructions on your welcome note.
After taking the remedy and depending on the level and acuteness of your symptoms, you should experience a general easing of the anxiety within 20 minutes. Following this, you will feel a sense of optimism that you didn’t have before. Some of the worries and negative self-talk will just stop. Many of our clients tell us it's an instant relief, but remember everyone is unique, so reactions can be different.

Each remedy interaction with a person is personal, but you should feel better within 20 minutes of taking it.

It’s hard to give a time that the remedy lasts as everyone is individual. Some people need a single dose to get them through a difficult day, others will need to repeat the remedy a few times in an hour to help relieve their symptoms.

The key to using the remedy is to repeat the tablet if symptoms return.

Don’t Worry Be Happy remedies are safe for all ages from six months old; however with the nature of the symptoms and issues we address, any individual under the age of 16 will need to book an appointment with our Bespoke remedy service to discuss suitability with a parent or legal guardian.
Yes you can. Don't Worry Be Happy remedies work independently and will not interfere with any current medications.
